Chakra Awakening – A Transformational Map to Wholeness with Maria J Garcia
Complimentary Lecture on Friday Feb. 22 at 7 pm and Sat. March 9 at 9:30 am

If life’s challenges have ever made you wish for an “Owner’s Manual”, there’s good news – you have one. It’s called “The Chakra System”. Each “Chakra” is a chapter that reveals your strengths and true nature as well as the personal obstacles that keep you from living life fully.

The purpose of “Chakra awakening” is to get you moving , to teach you how to read this book of wisdom you carry with accuracy, humor and compassion – providing personal support and insight along the way.

As we explore Chakras 1 through 7 we will:

  • Learn the functions of each chakra and how each impacts our life at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
  • Assess their health and vitality.
  • Learn how to clear blocks that keep us trapped in habitual behavior and move us toward balance and authentic power.
  • Shift to a higher level of consciousness in all areas of your life.

The process is fun, thought provoking, intimate, joyful, challenging and inspiring. Using a blend of ancient wisdom and new awareness, we’ll explore our own life journey in this new context.

This workshop series format is designed to support you in integrating and anchoring the lessons of the workshops in the practical reality of your day to day life, activating permanent change.

Format:Meets one Saturday a month for 7 months from 9:30 am to 5 pm. It includes a ½ hour transformational coaching session monthly and a home practice.

Dates: Saturday, March 23, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 13, Aug. 10, Sept. 7.

Our energy system is the gateway between the body, mind and spirit. It holds the blueprint of our essential nature – wholeness. Is also holds the imprint of every life experience and reveals how the two have shaped our reality.

This clear and comprehensive overview of the Chakra / Energy System includes how it works, it’s stages of development from the womb through adulthood, what creates imbalances within it, how these imbalances affect us at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level and how to increase our awareness toward creating wholeness.

As we realign with our essential nature through the Chakras we find our truth, our health and our enthusiasm for life.

7 Wonders of the Soul ~ Your Chakra System as a Map to Wholeness
An Introductory Weekend
This introductory experience gives the participant a basic understanding of the Chakra System as the place where all aspects of our being come together in the experience of “Self”. Beginning with the 1st Chakra and using yoga, bio-energetics and partner work, we move up the energy system exploring each center as a specific realm of life experience. Along the way we assess the health of each Chakra and learn tools to reestablish balance and flow.
