Body Awareness Yoga

Body Awareness is the first step to wellness. In this very special class you will learn to tune into your body and hear the vital messages it provides. If you are already skilled at this, you will deepen this connection to new levels.

We will open with Pranayama (breathing techniques) and gentle joint and spinal openings. Then we will move through sequences of stretches and strengthening poses specially designed to deepen your awareness and enable you to be fully present in your body.

With a stronger connection to your body, you will have the foundation for a more vital sense of your evolving self, body, mind and spirit!

When: Monday 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

About Debra

Debra has been teaching yoga for over 16 years and hopes to bring her students more deeply within. She creates classes that are known for their safety and ability to empower the student,  building a richer more rewarding presence with oneself.

Debra's strength is taking difficult concepts and making them easily accessible to her students - enabling them to easily grasp the many sides of yoga in a clear and fluid way.

It is Debra's  passion to teach yoga that adds a joy and enthusiasm that is contagious!
